Teluvo Privacy Policy
Welcome to Teluvo.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is provided by SIMON XIANG, an individual developer ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), and applies to the Teluvo app and related services. SIMON XIANG is the operator of Teluvo and the controller of personal information processed through Teluvo.
Teluvo provides mobile tools for connecting to development environments, remote operations, one-click cloud server setup, and related intelligent assistance features.
We value your privacy and data security. We process personal information lawfully, fairly, transparently, and only as necessary for legitimate purposes. Please read this Policy carefully before using Teluvo. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not register for, sign in to, or use Teluvo.
Unless required for the services you request, please avoid including personal or sensitive information in prompts, code, logs, files, screenshots, voice input, or other uploaded content.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to products and services we provide through the Teluvo app, our website, related pages, and future service forms based on technical evolution.
This Policy does not apply to third-party products or services. When you use third-party cloud providers, third-party login, payment services, push notification services, model providers, or other external services, those parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect and Use
We collect and use personal information only as necessary to provide features, comply with legal obligations, protect service security, and improve user experience.
2.1 Registration, Sign-In, and Account Management
When you register, sign in, bind, or manage a Teluvo account, we may collect:
- Phone number, email address, and verification code
- Username, nickname, profile photo
- Third-party account identifiers if you choose third-party sign-in
We use this information for identity verification, account access, security and fraud prevention, account recovery, notifications, and support.
2.2 Cloud Server Setup, Remote Connection, and Deployment
When you use one-click cloud setup, remote connection, deployment, sync, or operations-assistance features, you may submit or authorize us to process:
- Cloud provider information, including provider name, account identifiers, project or tenant information, region, instance type, image choice, and network configuration
- Server connection information, including IP address, domain, port, username, SSH public key or private key, access token, API key, and deployment credentials
- Configuration and task data, including init scripts, environment variables, repository URL, deployment config, task status, error logs, and runtime logs
We process this data to create resources, automate configuration, establish remote connections, execute deployments, synchronize status, troubleshoot issues, support security auditing, and provide support.
Credentials such as access tokens, API keys, SSH keys, and deployment credentials are highly sensitive. We apply enhanced safeguards and process them only as necessary for requested features and legal compliance.
2.3 Intelligent Assistance and User Content
If you use intelligent Q&A, code assistance, command suggestions, log analysis, or config generation features, we may process content you provide or authorize, including:
- Prompts, questions, code snippets, and config files
- Terminal output, error messages, and logs
- Other text, images, audio, video, or files you submit
We use this content to respond to your instructions, generate outputs, execute tasks, sync state, provide support, and maintain service reliability and security.
Unless separately disclosed and authorized where required, we do not use your submitted business code, configurations, logs, or other user content for unrelated marketing, and we do not use identifiable user content for model training.
2.4 Payments and Subscriptions If Applicable
If you purchase paid services, subscriptions, or add-on features, we may process transaction-related data such as order ID, subscription status, payment status, invoicing details, and billing records.
For iOS users, in-app digital purchases are generally processed by Apple through the App Store. We typically do not receive full payment instrument details, such as full card numbers, but we may receive necessary transaction result data, for example purchase success or failure and subscription status, to provide services, handle disputes, and meet accounting and compliance obligations.
2.5 Device, Log, and Security Information
To ensure stable operation, detect abnormal activity, and improve security, we may automatically collect:
- Device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and network status
- Crash logs, operation logs, diagnostics, performance data, and access timestamps
We use this information for troubleshooting, bug fixes, abuse prevention, security protection, auditing, and optimization.
2.6 Customer Support, Complaints, and Feedback
When you contact support, submit feedback, file a complaint, or request to exercise privacy rights, we may process:
- Contact information you provide
- Issue descriptions, screenshots, logs, order info, or account info
- Other information necessary to process the request
2.7 Device Permissions
To provide certain features, Teluvo may request device permissions with your authorization:
- Photos/Files: upload config files, logs, screenshots, and attachments
- Notifications: task status, alerts, and service notices
- Camera: Teluvo does not require camera access for basic connection features. If future versions include QR scanning, capture, or visual recognition, we will request permission at that time.
You can disable permissions in your device settings. Some related features may stop working, while unrelated features remain available.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information, as permitted by applicable law, to:
- Provide, maintain, analyze, and improve Teluvo services

- Send non-marketing service notices, such as security alerts, feature updates, order status, and policy or service changes
- Protect users and services against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and unlawful activity
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities
We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
4.1 Sharing

Where required by law, we provide additional notices and obtain required consent before certain transfers, including cross-border transfers.
4.2 Transfer
We generally do not transfer your personal information to another company, organization, or person, except in events such as merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer, or bankruptcy, with legally required notice and safeguards.

We do not publicly disclose personal information unless:
- You provide explicit authorization

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs
To provide certain features, we may use third-party services, SDKs, APIs, or cloud infrastructure, such as sign-in, messaging, payments, model inference, logging, and diagnostics.
- We share or process data only as necessary for the relevant feature
- The current list of integrated third-party services and SDKs is provided in-app or on our website and may be updated from time to time
- If you directly use a third-party service, that party processes data under its own policies
6. Data Retention and Storage
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Typical retention periods may include:
- Account information: up to 3 years after account deletion
- Payment or transaction records if applicable: up to 3 years after transaction completion, or longer if legally required
- User content: generally up to 30 days after account deletion, unless longer retention is required for disputes, security incidents, abuse prevention, or legal compliance
- Technical logs/device data: generally up to 1 year after last service interaction
- Support/feedback data: generally up to 2 years from submission, or longer where needed to resolve disputes
When retention expires, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise process data as permitted by law.
7. How We Protect Information
We implement technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards appropriate to the nature of data and risk level, including:
- Encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, and least-privilege controls
- Security monitoring, logging, auditing, and alerting
- Confidentiality obligations, role-based access controls, and internal training
- Vulnerability management, backup/recovery, incident response, and periodic security reviews
No internet service is completely secure. Please keep your account credentials, verification codes, tokens, API keys, SSH keys, and other secrets confidential.
If a data security incident occurs, we will take remedial action and provide notice as required by applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before processing requests. We typically respond within 15 business days, unless a different timeline is required by law.
US State Privacy Notice: If you are a resident of a US state with applicable privacy law, for example California, you may have additional rights, such as rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. Teluvo does not sell personal information.
9. Children's Privacy
